Sales Executive - Citadines Central Binh Duong

Effective merchandising, prospecting, solicitation, site inspection, booking of business and promotion for the hotel.
Periodically contact client while in- house to be certain all is in order and going well.
To develop sales activities to achieve maximum sales of Citadines Central Binh Duong to current and prospective customers providing a mix of strategic and tactical solutions in a business- to- business selling environment, especially with Chinese corporate communities.
To consult daily with Director of Sales concerning the corporate accounts and how they relate to the sales success of the room.
To effectively achieve or exceed sales goals set by the Director of Sales.
To do sales call periodically to bring customers to the hotel for site inspection, and prospect new accounts in the corporate territory.
Periodically contact clients to update the information which is necessary for business.

Negotiate with clients the rates, terms which will satisfy both benefit of clients and Citadines.
Besponsible for administrative efforts necessary to perform these tasks
Supply daily sales reports supporting productivity standards
Upon receiving signed contact, forward to Director of Sales for definite booking and alert all concerned department
Update information of corporate accounts in town and new comers or new projects every month
Review availability of unit and research any alternative which should be offered. The units presented to maximize occupancy and rate.

QUALIFICATION

Proven experience in sales and/or trading with Chinese- speaking community.
English communication skills
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or Sales/Marketing preferred.

EXPERIENCE

At least one (1) year of sales & marketing experience related operations and/or experience in a similar role preferably in a hospitality environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY

Strong guest service orientation and outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to analyse data and establish appropriate action plans.
Strong organisational and planning skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong strategic thinking, Creative, outgoing, highly developed interpersonal skills
Resourceful and able to work independently.
