Sales Executive - English

Objective of Job/position:
Be responsible for sales targets by actively communicating with customers (agents) and finding or open new accounts.
Provide outstanding customer service, to promote ASIA DMC brand and create sales.
Roles and accountabilities:

Follow up after the booking.
Do frequent customer care of the existing agents and new clients (phone calls or meeting clients on spot).
Do reports according to the requirements of the departments.
Create tour proposals; make quotations for all the requests from the agents (based on the existing database).
Communicate with the agents to sell the products and reply to all the other requests from the agent according to the standard of the department.
Coordinate with related departments to do new products.

Years of experience: At least 2 years in the same position.
Essential requirements:
Work independently and in team.
Fluent in English
High standards of customer service and excellent communication skills.
University Degree
Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook Express, or Microsoft Outlook ...)

Working from Monday to Friday.
