Job NatureThis is a fully sales and field- oriented role, not an office- based job.Sales Executives will travel daily to projects and properties to meet customers and handle site visits, property verifications, handovers, etc.They may travel directly from home to projects/properties and back home after finished working.Office attendance is only required for any document handling, special meetings, training sessions, or team activities or when needed by manager.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Sales & RentalsHandle property/project visits, as per schedule/job given by the Sales Manager or Admin team. Coordinate with owners and customers to make sure all project/property visits are done on time and in full detail.Present all Property amenities, Project Amenities, layouts, pricing (inclusions/exclusions) and benefits confidently to customers. Answer any questions that customers may have, confidently and correctly.Negotiate deals between property owners and customers to reach successful agreements, so that such visits convert to final deals.Send all visit reports to Sales Manager and Admin team after finishing the visit.Support both primary property sales (developer projects) and secondary sales and rentals.Property Verification & Listing AccuracyVisit properties and projects, as per the list and schedule given by Sales Manager/Admin team, to verify all details, ensure information uploaded on the app/website is accurate and authentic.Check property amenities, conditions, furnitures & equipments and legal ownership documents, to ensure uploaded information and ownership are accurate & authentic.Check all project amenities, facilities, management fees, fees for parking/gym/swimming pool, etc to ensure uploaded project information is accurate & authentic.Click photos and videos of properties and projects and share them with the admin team for upload.Report any fake or misleading information, images, documents, ownership, or listings immediately to the admin team.Ensure all verified listings meet company quality and accuracy standards.Client and Vendor Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients (owners, buyers, tenants & Developer&039;s Sales Team).Provide property consultations based on client needs, budgets, and preferences.Follow up regularly with all customers & owners after visit to listen to their feedback, requirements, expectations and coordinate with sales manager/admin team to negotiate and finalize the deals.Develop & grow business relationship with project&039;s management office, reception, security personnel, promoting Company&039;s services and products in the projects.Develop and grow business relationships with Developer&039;s sales team, getting information about their new project launch plans, details of new and existing projects, working with them to make business dealings for their projects&039; sale, etc.Helping Owners to upload properties in company&039;s app/website, if they need our help. Guiding and training owners how to upload their properties to the company&039;s App/website.Promoting company’s app and website to owners and customers and training them about how to use all functions/features of the app/website effectively. Coordination & HandoverWorking in close coordination with admin team, owners and customers to handle all visits, negotiations, documents, handover, etc successfully.Support contract signing, documentation, and handover process for finalized deals.Ensure all customer experiences meet Tet Home’s standards of professionalism and service quality. Reporting & PerformanceShare accurate and on time daily reports of site visits, leads, and deals to Sales Manager and Admin team.Achieve monthly, quarterly, half- yearly and yearly sales targets as set by company from time to time.Immediately Report to Sales Manager any case of customer dis- satisfaction or negative customer feedback without any delay.
