SALES EXECUTIVE - GIỎI TIẾNG ANH - KINH NGHIỆM LOGISTICS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in preparing sales- related documents: contracts, quotations, and customer onboarding paperwork.
• Support the Sales Manager in executing sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Join client meetings, networking events, or logistics exhibitions as required.
• Market & Competitor Insights
• Gather feedback from the market to help improve service offerings.
• Monitor competitor activities and report findings to the Sales Manager.
• Assist the Sales Manager in reporting sales performance and pipeline updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the system.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Sales & Customer Acquisition
• Coordination & Documentation
• Collaborate with the operations team to align service offerings with customer needs.
• Conduct basic customer needs analysis and prepare sales proposals or quotations.
• Coordinate with internal operations (air freight, warehouse, customer service) to ensure services are delivered according to client expectations.
• Account Servicing & Relationship Building
• Support in Business Development Activities
• Handle client inquiries, follow up on service performance, and support resolution of any service- related issues.
• Identify and approach potential customers to introduce the company’s logistics services.
Required skills and experiences
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well- organized, detail- oriented, and proactive.
• Strong interest in sales and client- facing roles.
• 1–2 years of working experience in logistics, freight forwarding
• Able to work in a fast- paced, deadline- driven environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields).
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Preferred skills and experiences
• Fluency with Mandarin is a plus
