- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Report daily to the sales manager on sales activities and customer entertainment.
- Directly participate in welcoming VIP customers.
- Introduce and promptly inform customers about the hotel&039;s amenities, services, upcoming programs and events.
- Memorize and understand hotel products and services, prices, preferential policies in each period, for each customer.Adhere to sales processes by various means (face- to- face, telephone, email, mail) and trained sales skills.
- To write weekly and monthly sales report on available and potential client sources, feedback from guests, situation of contract implementation, revenues, visits and treat for guests.
- To thoroughly understand information in existing customers’ profiles assigned to provide sufficient information of services and products of the hotel, update new information, pricing policies, promotion strategy. To regularly update changes in addresses of former customers and develop new sources of customers to ensure target revenues on market/ sector assigned.

- Expand business relationships with potential and reputable customers.Each customer who comes to use the hotel&039;s products and services, treats and thanks guests according to the hotel&039;s regulations.
- Perform duties as assigned and directed by the department head.
- To undertake and handle complaints of customers.
- Understand the information in the existing customer profile assigned to be in charge to fully inform about the hotel&039;s services and products, update new information, pricing policies, preferential strategies.Regularly update the address changes of the old customer list and develop new customer sources to ensure the revenue target in the assigned market/region.
- Conduct business and serve existing and potential customers according to assigned market segments to ensure optimization of revenue targets of assigned departments.To learn by heart and thoroughly understand the products and services of the hotel, prices, preferred policies in each period, with each target customer. To comply with up- selling procedures by different means (meet customers in person, or via telephone, email, correspondence) and perform selling skills as trained.
- Receive reservations, order meals directly from customers in charge.Answer and confirm the information related to the banquet and food orders of customers in charge.Responsible for monitoring the fulfillment of customer orders from the beginning to the end to ensure that the commitments are well fulfilled and fully provided, including taking customer feedback.
- Conduct business and serve the available and potential clients on assigned market segment to ensure the optimization of revenue targets of the department.
- To report to sales Manager on sales and customer- treat activities every day.
- To enlarge business relationships with potential and trustworthy clients. To kindly treat and appreciate customers coming to use products and service of the hotel upon regulations.
- To receive room reservation, dining bookings directly from customers. To reply and confirm relevant information of banquet, dining bookings of customers. To be responsible for keeping track of bookings from the beginning to the end to ensure all engagements are fully performed and provided, including getting feedback from customers.
- To timely introduce, inform customers of conveniences, services, programs, upcoming events of the hotel.
