Sales Executive (Muine based)

• Sell all facets of the hotel
• Interface with operations on a timely basis
• Research new clients and conduct cold calls to secure new clients
• Prepare administration documents required for sales and business accounts
• Initiate and prepare tenders for business
• Provide direction on, and conduct market research and analysis
• Service existing business through management of account base
• Manage the profile of all accounts (Corporate, TA/TO, MICE, PCO..) with full information
• Travel domestically when required to promote the hotel and develop potential business
• Plan and coordinate with sale officice for familiarization tours and site inspections

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company.
• Problem solving and organizational abilities.
• Experienced in Front Office/ Reservation is preferred.
• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
