Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client contacts, and agreements in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the reservations, events, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery for clients.
Conduct site inspections, presentations, and sales calls as needed.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in TA, OTA, MICE, and Corporate segments.
Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and profitability goals.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
Proven experience in hotel sales or a related field.
Strong knowledge of TA/ OTA/ MICE/Corporate markets.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
