Sales Executive (Office Interiors Design)

Our client
is a full service interior design firm, established in 2009, specializing in commercial interiors design solutions. We create world class working environments for office space users as well as contextual design that physically express client business vision and brand identity. Our team of designers has expertise in an extensive range of industry sectors, which include banking, services, technology, and representative offices of well- known international corporations.

Salary range: 15- 20 million VND (gross) + commission
Time: Monday to Friday from 9:00- 12:00 / 1:00- 5:30; Saturday from 9:00- 12:00
Location: Binh Thanh District, HCMC

• Provide trustworthy feedback and after- sales support.
• Expand the brand recognition by multiple platforms.
• Prepare Sales contract ensuring adherence to law- established rules and guidelines
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Recommend suitable price range depending on each specific client.
• Build long- term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Reporting/Operational Tasks
• Keep records of sales actions.
• Connect between design/construction team and client to match all demands.
+ Adopt and fully use the appropriate relationship management systems.
+ Maintain awareness of competitive activities and opportunities.
+ Transmit marketing and sales intelligence relating to competition and changes in the marketplace.
+ Plan and execute work in a helpful and collaborative manner.

Proven minimum 2 years working experience as a sales executive inthe Interior design industry, OFFICE IS PREFERABLE
Proven sales track record
Communication and negotiation skills
