As a Sales Executive at Victoria Can Tho Resort, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the Can Tho market. You will work closely with local Destination Management Companies (DMCs) and actively seek out business opportunities for accommodation, meetings, conferences, and F&B/banquet services. Your primary goal is to enhance the resort’s visibility and market share in the corporate segment and among local residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration with Local DMCs:
• Coordinate with DMCs to develop attractive seasonal packages and promotions to attract more guests to the resort.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local DMCs in Can Tho.
Business Development:
• Stay updated on competitors&039; activities.
• Develop strategies to target and secure accommodation, meeting, and conference bookings from corporate clients.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs in the corporate segment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Can Tho market.
Sales and Marketing:
• Attend local networking events and trade shows to promote the resort and generate leads.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
• Promote the resort’s F&B and banquet services to local residents and businesses.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional service.
Coordination and Reporting:
• Work closely with the Reservation Manager and R&B Manager and other departments to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings.
• Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and updates for the management.
Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Handle inquiries and bookings for accommodation, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Ensure all sales materials and collateral are up to date and effective.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated and goal- oriented.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong understanding of the Can Tho market and local business landscape.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
