− Analyze, track, and monitor the results and targets of each distributor according to the monthly, quarterly, and annual progress.
− Develop sellout programs for the distribution network and sub- dealers.
− Evaluate the market through reporting data.
− Collect information from competitors, analyze, and evaluate.
− Interact and coordinate with the Retail department to develop marketing programs, conferences, activations, installment plans, and promotions to support sellout.
− Develop marketing programs, images, and displays for the customer network.
− Support tasks related to superiors.
− Provide support for customer inquiries about products, warranty, pricing, and company policies.
− Responsible for achieving sales targets for the company, including annual, quarterly, and monthly goals, as well as outstanding debt for each customer.
− Report sales results daily, weekly, and monthly.
− Provide specific opinions, solutions, and recommendations related to the assigned area.
− Expand and increase the coverage of the customer network.
Yêu cầu công việc
− Education: Bachelor/College degree
− At least 2 years of experience in the electronics/appliances industry
− Willing to travel frequently (at least 7- 10 days/month) to the assigned area
− Experience in managing a local sales team
− Detail- oriented and focused on execution (implementation/tracking/review)
− Proficiency in Chinese or English is preferred
− Ability to handle high pressure.
