Sales Intern/Thực tập sinh Kinh doanh

Assist the Sales team in organizing sales trip abroad or otherwise, preparing the necessary documents, bookings and appointment as required
Assist with meeting and appointment scheduling, taking minutes of the meeting as required
Disseminate all official correspondence directed to the Sales Dept. to the appropriate executives in the Dept. for their follow up
Support in correspondence, filling and general administration for the Sales team
Assist with the preparation of client events and functions

Good command in English
Senior students or fresh graduates preferred
Students with majors in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields
Proactive, positive mindset and critical thinking
