Sales Leader – REVZONE YAMAHA

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer complaints.
- Monitor all sales operations in the South.
- Ensure sales personnel are well trained, motivated, and available when needed.
- Manage sales team to ensure their operation abides by SOP.
- Supervise & Led the sales team to achieve the sales target as well as KPI
- Showroom management in terms of Stock, Layout, cleaning, working schedule...
- Timely collect market information.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Sales forecast, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

Requirements:
- Knowledge of motorcycle product and dealership operations
- Professional proficiency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- 3- 5 years of experience in retail motorcycle sales.
- A2 license

- Time: 08:00 AM – 17:00 PM
- Working time: average 22 working days / month

- Participate in online & offline training courses to develop yourself
- Allowance : meal fee; full attendance; housing.
