Position Overview
As a Sales Manager at DG1 Vietnam, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their diverse business needs, and demonstrating how our powerful DG1 platform can effectively address these needs. You will leverage your expertise in online business, SaaS, and technical solutions to showcase how our comprehensive tool can be adapted to meet various client requirements. Your role involves educating businesses on maximizing the capabilities of the DG1.com platform to achieve their goals. Additionally, you will build and lead a high- performing sales team, providing mentorship and coaching to achieve exceptional results in promoting our all- in- one solution.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and management.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand DG1&039;s customer base in Vietnam.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide cutting- edge solutions to clients.
• Present and demonstrate the DG1 platform, highlighting its features and benefits to address client needs.
• Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Build, mentor, manage, and coach a high- performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
• Conduct in- depth needs assessments for potential clients and propose tailored solutions using the DG1 platform.
• Build and maintain strong, long- lasting customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure team objectives are met and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration in Vietnam.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in designing and implementing tailored solutions for clients.
• Strong relationship- building skills with key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Self- motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proven experience as a Senior Sales Manager, preferably in the SaaS industry or with strong knowledge of online business and e- commerce solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non- technical clients.
• Results- oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Creative problem- solver with the ability to generate innovative solutions based on clients&039; needs.
• Demonstrated experience in building, managing, and coaching a sales team to achieve outstanding results.
