1As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales growth and performance of our aftermarket performance motorcycle parts and accessories business in Vietnam. As we expand our business operations, your sales strategy will drive the market penetration upwards and establishing our market presence of our renowned automotive brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors and retailers.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies through effective communication and excellent service delivery.
• Foster collaboration among the dealers and distributors to collectively enhance the visibility and reputation of our brands in the Vietnam region through joint promotional activities and initiatives.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
• Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio, including specifications, features and benefits.
• Provide marketing support to local distributors and dealers to enhance visibility and drive sales.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue targets, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights to senior management.
Market Intelligence:
• Monitor market trends and gather intelligence to provide insights on consumer preferences, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to expand market reach.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences and events to network and promote our automotive brands.
• Share feedback with Area Distributors to optimize inventory management and product offerings.
Implementation of Company and Team Culture:
• Foster a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Minh Hoh Sales Team.
• Provide guidance and support to dealers and distributors in aligning with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with company directives, including new product launches, pricing structures, and area segmentation strategies.
Requirements
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Passionate in all things two- wheeled.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnam market landscape.
• High sense of urgency and ability to offer excellent customer service and thorough follow ups to distributors and dealers.
• Self- driven and result- oriented.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets in a fast- paced environment.
• Conversational English. Additional regional language proficiency such as Mandarin would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Vietnam.

• Working days: Monday- Saturday (alternate Saturdays)
• Working hours: 8.00am- 5.00pm
