Sales Manager (based in Danang)

Prepare periodic sales and revenue reports for Management.
Coordinate with F&B operation, kitchen, and marketing teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Systematically and effectively cover all requests/needs of customers, with focus on Banquet & MICE segment within the assigned territory in order to ensure maximum productivity.
Manage, train, and support the F&B sales team (if applicable).
Conduct sales presentations/negotiation/ contracting in order to win orders, tenders and contracts.
Conduct frequent market and competitors analysis in order to proactively anticipate the, demand requirements.
Achieve sales targets and to keep reporting on weekly basis.
Prepare sales plans, proposals, quotations, contracts, and follow up on execution.
Monitor revenue performance, analyze market trends and competitors, and propose sales improvement solutions.
Ensure all sales leads are properly followed up, traced and if the business is confirmed, to ensure proper handover to the respective colleagues concerned.
Develop and implement sales strategies for F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, events, catering, etc.).
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, agencies, and individual customers.
Prepare weekly and quarterly Sales Action Plan.

- Good command of English a must.
- A go- getter and self motivating individual.
- Good literacy of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Office Outlook, Internet Explorer.
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality management.
- At least one years experience in the same position, preferably in the BANQUET & MICE segmentations.
