Sales Manager (electrical installations) - HCM/HN (working remotely)

Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance
Continuously develop personal leadership and training skills while using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
Build, develop, train, motivate, and advise local partners and distributors
Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings
Research customer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
Generate sales leads, build and nurture client relationships

Tasks:

Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands distributors and customers base
Meet regularly with stakeholders including project owners, consultants and contractors to grow long- lasting relationships by understanding their needs
Plan and conduct product seminars, technical trainings, and promotional events on a regular basis
Prepare and manage month- end sales reports and delivery quotas and year- end close processes
Oversee partners and distributors to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check- ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Excellent leadership ability
3+ years’ experience in sales management within a corporate setting
Fluently in English
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
