RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Set sales targets and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor individual performance.
Conduct sales visits to customers, understand requirements and give recommendations for equipment
Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitors within the sector to identify new business opportunities.
Learn and understand assigned products.
Serve as company point of contact for the assigned products towards customer and regional office.
Communications with product management in Germany.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans tailored to your Energy Sector, aligned with company objectives.
Business Development:
Conduct negotiations and close sales deals independently to meet or exceed sales targets.
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions from the range of products offered by Company and its manufacturing partners.
Identify potential clients and establish productive relationships with key decision- makers within your sector.
Order Completion and Coordination:
Coordinate with manufacturing companies and partners to resolve any issues related to product availability, quality, or delivery.
Collaborate with the headquarter team and partners to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery to customers.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and customer service, to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Create and issue quotations, according to customer requirements.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any issues or escalations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within your sector.
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and order updates.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
Make data- driven recommendations to optimize sales processes and strategies within your sector
Monitor sales activities, order pipelines, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports, order status updates, and analysis for management review.
Use CRM to log all required work activity and keep record of order status.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience and product knowledge of valves, gas turbines and filters is a plus
Fast learning and proactive attitude with good understanding of technical and commercial matters
Experience in Sales with technical products from European makers is a plus
Solid organizational, planning and time management skills
Able to work independently and travel frequently within Vietnam
Experience in business development/sales in Energy Sector (Power Plants, Oil & Gas) is required
Strong sales mindset with good presentation and communication skills
Bachelor&039;s degree in sales, marketing, mechanical engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong follow up skills and target driven
Fluent in English.
Proficiency with MS Office and knowledge of CRM systems
