Sales Manager (Leisure in Hanoi Sales Office)

Researching and analyzing sales options.
Research for new accounts
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
Provides feedback of clients to direct supervisors/DOS/EAM and react with response on time.
Promoting the organization and products.
Researches and recommending new opportunities;
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
Composes proposals/contracts/confirmations to clients
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Building up good relationship with sales persons in Hanoi’s hotels.
In charge of leisure market in Hanoi
Makes weekly sales report/plan and monthly market overview by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry (Leisure)
Meeting planned sales goals.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Working closely with Danang Sales Team regarding group/FIT inspection trip/ operation of confirmed groups.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
Recommends profit and service improvements.
Participating in sales trips/sales blitz and/or other campaigns/activities of sales & marketing department and/or upon company request.

- Good English (04 skills)
- Good Computer Skill
- Candidates with University Certificate
- Candidates with Sales & Hospitality background are preferred
- Good Appearance and Communication Skill
- Creative & Organized
