This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across Leisure, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and Golf segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of industry contacts, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients,event planners, and golf partners.
Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to create targeted promotions and packages.
Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and participate in trade shows and roadshows.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in Leisure, MICE, and Golf segments.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain strong repeat business.
Work closely with operations to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events
Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales, with proven success in Leisure, MICE and Golf segments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market, especially in Central Vietnam.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours as required.
