Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong C- level relationships with key clients, partners, consultants, and contractors.
Lead, develop, and scale a high- performing sales team, fostering a performance- driven and accountable culture.
Drive sustainable revenue growth through new market penetration, strategic accounts, and key project acquisition.
Work closely with marketing, engineering, and project teams to ensure seamless execution from pre- sales to delivery.
Position and communicate the company’s competitive advantages across IT & ELV solutions.
Act as a strategic advisor to the General Director on market expansion and business growth initiatives.
Ensure disciplined sales governance, performance reporting, and operational excellence.
Own and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, opportunity management, and project tracking to ensure visibility and control.
Define, lead, and execute the company’s overall sales and business development strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.

Candidate Profile
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, ELV, or related disciplines; MBA is a strong advantage.
Resilient, results- oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast- paced, competitive environment.
Minimum 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience, ideally within IT infrastructure, networking, ELV, or system integration sectors.
Demonstrated success in winning and managing large- scale projects and strategic accounts.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire high- performing sales teams.
