Seeking new Customers:
Use sales skills to negotiate and persuade guests to use the property&039;s services.
Searching for customer information through many different channels to build a system of potential customers.
Send service information via email for customers to refer to, answer customer questions when there is email feedback from customers.
Carry out procedures to sign contracts with customers who agree to use the service.
Actively contact potential customers in the self- searching list or from the hotel&039;s data system to introduce services and preferential programs.
Taking care of new and old customers:
Follow up the contract termination time to convince customers to renew the contract
Timely support, respond to requests and complaints from customers.
Actively contacting customers who have been using the service to understand the situation and develop good relationships with customers.
Actively send promotional information to old customers to convince them to use the property&039;s services again.
Conduct procedures to sign new contracts with old customers who want to use the service again
Contract Implementation:
After closing the contract with the customers, the sales staff coordinate with the relevant departments to implement the contract, ensuring the requirements of the customer.
Exploiting sources of group guests, travel agents, co- operate.
Implement the business plan from time to time.
Monitoring the contract implementation process, service quality so that customers receive the best value.
Follow up the contract liquidation process, support the accounting department to urge the debt.
Coordinate with Marketing department to plan and implement incentive programs on holidays and Tet; Customer Gratitude; Introduce new products and services to reach and attract customers.
Participating fully in department meetings, reporting feedback from guests to have effective solutions to handle and overcome.
Collaborate with other departments in the property to improve service quality to meet the needs of customers.
Coordinate with related departments to quickly overcome problems arising in the process of using the service of customers.
Making periodic work reports, arising.
Other tasks are assigned by line managers.
