Sales Manager

Are you passionate about exploring the potential of the agriculture market and eager to contribute to the development of the fertilizer industry? We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Sales Manager to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:

Manage and support the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and customers.
Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales volume in the fertilizer industry.
Monitor and analyze the market, assess competition, and propose effective business solutions.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
Good at English skills and Computer: MS Office/Internet
Minimum of 7- 10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the fertilizer or agricultural industry. (For MRG at least 03 years)
Willingness to business travel as needed.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
Excellent leadership skills, strategic management ability, and team- work ability.
