POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing teams for Five Star E- learning company (Fsel), a start up edtech company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and developing, with extensive sales and marketing experience in the edtech market. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the edtech industry, and the ability to drive sales growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Customer Service Tasks
Collect, evaluate, and survey user feedback and market information about the product to provide feedback to the content and technology teams for improvement and market development.
Set targets for trial users, actual users, revenue, and costs for each Fsel business segment.
Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with various departments to draft proposals for licenses from the District, Department, Ministry levels and prepare contract templates for signing.
Measure the business results of each campaign.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high- net- worth clients and key stakeholders.
Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives to drive growth in edtech market.
Develop a sales and customer service strategy for Fsel Individual products via the Digital channel, Schools, Department of Education and Agency channels.
PR & Marketing Tasks
Conduct market research, build Marketing strategies (Online & Offline) according to the Omni channel multi- channel strategy for Fsel&039;s products.
Build, develop and manage the brand for Fsel.
Develop resources: Content (images, videos, articles...) and community (fanpage, forum, group, Zalo... for Marketing activities.
Implement long- term, medium- term, and short- term PR – Marketing strategies to increase brand recognition for Fsel.
Organize the evaluation, measurement, and monitoring of the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports as required and regulated.
Leadership and Management:
Recruit, retain, train, reward and develop sales & marketing professionals to ensure a high level of expertise and performance.
Directly manage the Sales & Marketing department according to assigned functions and tasks.
