Actively contacting corporate companies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase sales across taprooms.
Monitor sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies and meet targets.
Follow up all new corporate guests to obtain feedback on stay
Devise and implement the overall sales & marketing plan for the taprooms and actively monitor its progress in terms of achieving bookings and revenues.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Marketing Strategy:
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products.
Co- ordination and maintenance of all sales literature & campaigns and a required be involed in the production of marketing materials.
Customer Engagement:
Ensure that the brand message and customer experience are consistent across all touchpoints.
Organize and participate in events, promotions, and tastings to engage with customers and create memorable experiences.
Attendance and representation of company during public trade fairs, consumers shows and key industry events.
Gather customer feedback to understand preferences and improve product offerings and services.
Show a- round of the PSCB and participation in varous corporate entertainment events.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the craft beer industry.
Use insights from market research to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
Present findings and recommendations to the management team to support decision- making.
Compilation of performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis
Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, including performance metrics and ROI analysis.
Carry out competitor research and analyse, both other breweries and FnB trend.
