Job Description
Homebase is looking for talented Sales Operations Interns to join our Business Development/ Sales team. Sales Operations Interns are responsible for assisting the Business Development/ Sales team to manage Homebase’s multi-million dollar property portfolio.
As the face of the Company, we expect Sales Operations Interns to be of the utmost calibre. Responsibilities for this role include:
Assist the Business Development/ Sales team to deal with previous owners, agents, and developers of properties in assigned cases.
Manage the status of the ownership certificates of properties;
Conduct property (villa, apartment, etc.) inspections to ensure that the quality of properties is maintained to unlock at the maximum value anytime;
Work with the Business Development/ Sales team to prepare and handle property-related documents that are essential for the sales process;
Performing ad hoc analysis for senior management to provide data support for business decisions;
Research and collect market trends to organize them into the Inventory database that allows the Business Development/ Sales team to track the property portfolio;
Assessing client and sales trends, feedback, and market movement; consolidate into recommendations for the executive team;
Our requirements
We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:
Willing to move to conduct property inspections;
Detailed-oriented to ensure the quality of the Inventory Database;
Able to commit at least 6 months to the internship.
Based in Ho Chi Minh City;
Conversant in English (fluency is a plus but not a requirement);
