The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the sales operations across Direct- to- Consumer (D2C) channels and dealerships. This role involves developing and implementing sales processes, overseeing sales performance, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and operational efficiency at Dat Bike.

You will be report directly to Director of Sales & Customer Experience.
Sales Process Management:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure consistency and efficiency in sales operations across all channels.
Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes and workflows for D2C and dealership operations.
Sales Team Support:
Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the sales team.
Provide support and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction across all sales channels.
Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales activities.
Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Inventory and Order Management:
Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to streamline operations.
Manage order processing and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify trends.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Collaboration and Communication:
Facilitate clear and effective communication between the sales team and other internal teams.
Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.
