About Dat Bike
You will be report directly to Director of Sales & Customer Experience.
Dat Bike is a technology startup whose mission is to drive mass adoption of green transportation in Vietnam. We make the most compelling and dependable electric bikes so that customers can just switch without making any compromises. To do this, we welcome the brightest people to join our journey.
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the sales operations across Direct- to- Consumer (D2C) channels and dealerships. This role involves developing and implementing sales processes, overseeing sales performance, ensuring seamless operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and operational efficiency at Dat Bike.

Responsibilities
Sales Process Management:

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure consistency and efficiency in sales operations across all channels.
Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes and workflows for D2C and dealership operations.

Sales Team Support:

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the sales team.
Provide support and guidance to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

Customer Relationship Management:

Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction across all sales channels.
Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales activities.

Inventory and Order Management:

Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to streamline operations.
Manage order processing and fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze sales data to evaluate performance and identify trends.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between the sales team and other internal teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements

Ability to work independently and autonomously, without formal requirements documentation, in a fast- paced environment; ability to manage changing priorities.
Systematic, data driven, and entrepreneurial approach to accomplishing tasks with far fewer resources than a big company would have.
At least 5 years of working experience in operations management.
Excellent critical thinking and problem- solving skills.
Established record of accomplishment managing operations to deliver the highest quality and standards.
Detail- oriented.
Bias for action; self- starter approach to challenging the status quo.
