Sales & Operations Planning Specialist

The opportunity:
Sales & Operations Planning Specialist plays a critical role in aligning demand and supply planning across the value chain, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting strategic business goals.
How you’ll make an impact:
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
• You will maintain on- time delivery (OTD) by tracking milestones across departments, identify bottlenecks and develop action plans to address them, ensure meeting agendas, participant roles, and yearly calendar reservations are in place.
• You will translate S&OP outputs into Master Production Schedules (MPS), manage the slushy horizon (1–3 months) and balance work center capacities, ensure accurate data in SAP and master files to minimize inventory and overtime.
• You will coordinate demand input from Sales & Marketing, lead the Demand Review and Supply Review processes, align with Product Marketing and BU- level planning.

• You will conduct long- term customer delivery analysis (up to 3 years ahead), perform market analysis to compare demand with factory capacity over a 5- year horizon, monitor machine and workforce capacity, utilization, and recovery slots.
• You will generate financial forecasts based on S&OP outcomes, explain and minimize gaps between financial plans and budgets, collaborate with finance teams for monthly updates.
