Sales Part Leader

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist Sales Leader and Sales Director for determine annual unit and gross profit plans by implementing analyzing trends and results.
Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensure attainment of the company sales, goals and profitability.
Build up channel partners of business development and EPC partners to find new projects, customers in Local & FDI sector (except for Korean & EVN projects)
Establish sales objective by forecasting and development annual sales quotas for region, projecting expected sales volume and profit
Make reports to Sales Leader on project status
Follow up projects

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 5 year working experience in Sales/marketing /consulting solution of Electrical system
Eager to make new relationship
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, Project management, complex problem solving, decision making, critical thinking and leadership skill
Good command in English or Korean
Bachelor degree in Electric field such as: Electrical equipment, electric power systems, automation…
