China United Lines (CULINES) was incorporated in 2005 with dual headquarters Shanghai and Singapore. We have been focusing on both short and long- haul trades. In 2021, we expanded into TP and European markets. Over the years we have established an international network covering coastal ports in Chinese mainland and other countries such as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East. We also have a comprehensive agency network comprising of 3rd party, joint venture and fully owned agents that support in providing customers with high quality and value- added logistics services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Report to Haiphong office manager (VN).
· Update booking forecast and apply/negotiate with CS/HOD for applying extra space.
· Follow up the customer&039;s stuffing plan to accurately grasp the situation of the vessel.
· Input the freight rates provided by sales, make sure all agreements are completed before ETD.
· Proceed to apply Shifting charge/storage charge for the rolled shipments.
· Taking care of some current’s customers (assigned by HOD)
· Complete other assigned tasks as required by the Head of Department.
· Create customer code and the information for new customers on the allegro system.
· Doing report, checking data following instruction of HOD/Managers and Head Office.
· Provide the correct agreement number, information to the Outbound team for calculating the freight and notify the customer to make the payment as soon as possible.
· Update Local charge of market timely, update LCC at POD if any change.
· Fulfil, update rate/ free time and related fees on Allegro system.
· Coordinate with CS team to release and control booking to fulfil vessel.
· Complete other tasks according to the requirements of the HOD/MD/HQ.
· Apply for free time on the system for rolled shipments, check the incurred charge after ATD which customers pick up container early, and inform EQC to issue invoice.
· Running daily booking report and analysis to timely action
· Update the number of bookings and compare with EQC&039;s report inventory to timely update Sales. In case of shortage, check with EQC the plan for empty containers, repair the container to ensure enough containers.
· Check with Sales team to provide Loading list bookings and send the Roll list bookings (if any) to the documentation department to update the vessel on the system.
· Apply waiver to HQ if any.
