Sales Representative

• Work with overseas study agencies in Vietnam for student recruitment.
• Maintain strong, ongoing working relationships with existing clients in order to enhance the client experience resulting in future sales and referrals.
• Attend approved trade shows/meetings and conduct agency visits to establish relationships with new and existing agencies.
• Support in content for flyers, brochures, newsletters, and press releases for distribution to current, potential, and past clients/agencies.
• Make telephone calls and in- person visits and presentations to existing and prospective agencies.
• Update and maintain lead nurture and application platform.
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for sales & marketing.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Provide excellent customer care and service.
• Promote/sell/secure student recruitment from existing and prospective agencies through a relationship- based approach.
• Collaborate regularly with sales director, and peers to contribute ideas for strategizing and executing sales opportunities and identifying areas for improvement.
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential and determines the strategy for student recruitment from the assigned region.
• Identify advantages and compares organization’s products/services.

• Efficient time management and prioritizing skills.
• Undergraduate degree in business majors.
• English proficiency.
• Strong problem- solving skills.
• Attention to detail and be highly organized.
• At least 2 – 3 years of sales, consultative sales, student recruitment.
• Professional email and phone communication is required.

• Salary up to CAD800 + Annual bonus
• Full- time
• Hours range from Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm (at office) and Saturday 8.30 am – 12.00 (work from home)
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
