Sales Senior Executive (Front) - Japanese Speaking

KEY OUTPUTS:
Client services:
Provide consulting services to clients
Keep & develop the relationship with clients/local insurer company
Follow up client’s growth & requirements
Design insurance program matching with client’s requirement
Timely renew insurance policies, strictly following Renewal Guideline of the Division
Negotiate terms & conditions with clients and reinsurers
Explore new clients
Business Administration:
Strictly follow up Premium Collection
Assist supervisors to handle client services
Provide training, supervision and support subordinates.
Plan client meeting schedules
Prepare and submit the Quotations to clients as per Division’s Guidelines
Co- ordination with other Divisions:
Cooperate with Corporate Claims Division / Retail Claims Division staff for claim matters of assigned clients
Cooperate with Accounting Section for Premium collection
Cooperate with Underwriting division for daily works as well as arising matters related to policy issuance, underwriting information & survey schedule
Reports
Timely prepare periodic reports as required by the Manager
Other office work as required by the Company

· Loss Ratio
· GWP
Outstanding premium

QUALIFICATIONS:
English fluency and / or Japanese fluency.
University Graduation.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
Presentation & negotiation skills.
Know insurance products.
Strong marketing sense.
Be highly aware of requirement to be professional to provide high quality service to clients.
Understand working procedure & flow chart.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 3 years of working experience in related fields / or with both Japanese and English fluency, 2 years working experiences are required.
