Sales Staff (Upto 25 Triệu) Công Ty Cổ Phần Formula Air

- Support project as requested.
- Advise and explain to customers about the products and services provided by the company.
- Take part in ISO assessment with the other departments.
- Other tasks as requested by the director.
- Support in purchasing goods, if any.
- Receive and resolve customer requests.
- Responsible for customer care before, after sales and customer debt collection.
- Coordinate with factories and customers to answer all issues about products, delivery time, packaging, progress... to meet customer requirements.
- Responsible for preparing quotes, contracts, and orders. Tracking orders in production to meet delivery schedule.
- Provide product information and documents when requested.
- Coordinate with the transportation vendors to track and trace delivery to customers.
- Search and develop potential customer sources.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sale reports.

* Profile:
- Languages: Fluent English speaking and writing
- Competencies: Honest, willing to learn new things and ability to work independently and teamwork.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel of BI, Netsuite Oracle is preferable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Able to understand technical drawings.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in the business, preferable in HVAC industry.
- Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change.
