Assist department in maintaining and updating records, and updates general information;
Organize, attend and contribute to all meetings as required;
Ensures that the office is clean and orderly.
Provide timely and efficient administrative support to the Sales & Marketing department as requested;
Performs other duties that may be directed or requested by Director of Sales;

Qualifications: Final- year students or fresh graduates majored in Marketing, Hospitality Management/ Business Administration from Universities and Colleges
Computer Skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), design tools (Canva, Powerpoint) and online survey tools (Google Forms) are needed
Good written & verbal communication
Customer- oriented & willing- to- learn
Language: good English (Speaking, Listening, Writing, Reading) is a must
Can- do attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
Multi- tasking and organisation skills

2 free meals provided per day in hotel&039;s canteen.
Internship Confirmation Letter & Certificate are certified when you complete the internship programme;
Internship Allowance: 1.000.000 VNĐ per month;
