Sales Trainer Specialist

Build and sustain relationships using the appropriate interpersonal skills and communication methods to build constructive relationships with customers, business units, service organizations and other stakeholders to meet shared goals and objectives.
The continual development of quality new hire and continuation training programs and training materials.
Actively participate in community- sponsored events and other outside opportunities to promote the club
Create coaching components and knowledge articles to support continuation training and performance development.
Contribute to the team&039;s success by demonstrating cooperation and collaboration while participating in a group or team environment.
Give tours to prospective members and enrolling prospects after tour process.
Establish training needs by collaborating with sales leadership, analyze sales KPI&039;s and performance results.
Evaluate training program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
Provide a leadership role to mentor and coach sales agents as needed or requested by leadership.
Develop individual and/or group training methods to meet the needs of the department.

Displays solid business acumen and good work ethic.
Experienced with onboarding processes.
Strict attention to detail and an eye for continuous improvement.
Good communication skills.
A confident, natural leader and problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills.
