About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with a strong background in Sales Cloud to join our team in delivering high- quality solutions for a client in the financial planning sector based in Australia. You will play a key role in leading technical design, architecture, and delivery, working closely with stakeholders to build CRM tools, workflow systems, and advisory platforms for financial planners.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure solutions are optimized for usability, performance, and maintainability.
Design and implement advanced Salesforce Flows (including Screen Flows and Auto- Launched Flows).
Collaborate directly with Australian stakeholders to gather business requirements and propose scalable solutions.
Coordinate with cross- functional teams including BAs, QAs, PMs, and client- side SMEs.
Manage release planning, deployments, and version control.
Lead technical design and architecture for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
Guide and mentor Salesforce developers, ensuring high- quality delivery and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Familiar with CI/CD tools, Git- based version control, and deployment tools like Gearset or Copado.
5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, with a strong focus on Sales Cloud.
Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin).
Proven ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, including data models, automation, and integrations.
Hands- on experience with Salesforce Flow is mandatory.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and leading technical teams.
Experience working with international clients, preferably Australian clients.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
