Vinschool is seeking an exceptional School Principal to lead its Secondary and High School in Hanoi from July 2026. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, forward- thinking leader with significant experience in bilingual or international school contexts.

The School Principal serves as the educational leader responsible for communicating with and empowering the school to fulfill Vinschool’s vision and mission. The Principal manages policies, facilities, regulations, and procedures to ensure students learn in a safe environment and receive a high- quality education that enhances their skills, knowledge, and virtues, while promoting self- awareness, pro- activeness, and competence to succeed in an ever- changing world.

Qualifications:
Requirements and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in education / education Leadership, Master’s preferred.
Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Principal in an international / Bilingual School setting.
Professional Teaching qualification/license/certification as applicable
