Oversee the receiving, storage, and retrieval of raw materials, packaging, and finished beef products.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and support SCM Senior Manager to establish performance measurement to monitor supply chain performance.
Enforce and monitor the implementation of safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), material handling equipment, and other safety- related procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and work with SCM Deputy Manager to implement corrective actions.
Implement and contribute ideas of supply chain strategies aligned with the organization’s goals andobjectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define supply chain priorities, optimize inventory levels, and enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor supplier compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations. Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement, resolve issues, and mitigate purchasing risks.
Maintain detailed records of all inventory movements, including incoming shipments, outgoing orders, and any discrepancies or losses.
Implement related purchasing strategies and optimize purchasing processes to ensure the timely and cost effective acquisition of assigned scope of goods and services. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate and manage contracts, manage payment to suppliers.
Support SCM Senior Manager to develop and implement warehouse operation strategies to ensure that critical distribution processes run effectively and achieve organization goals and performance KPIs
Implement efficient warehouse layout and inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels, minimize waste, and optimize space utilization, while complying with company procedures and quality standards.
Directly manage the warehouse workforce, including data controllers and operation staff, pallet operators, and warehouse workers, to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
Take responsibility for leading and developing a high- performing team, driving to achieve targets and objectives, and optimizing resources to maximize operation.
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make recommendations and suitable arrangements for inventory optimization.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile records and identify any variances.
Take responsibility for the day- to- day operations within cold warehouse and shipping area of a beef production factory.
