Lead development team applying Agile/Scrum to produce high- quality and productive project work
Guide, and coach the team to higher agile and scrum maturity
Empower the team to be self- organized, while still holding accountable overall project delivery
Plan, monitor, and report progress, performance, budget, quality, and risk
Plan, monitor, calibrate, and report the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed.
Manage the relationship successfully with the client and/ or onshore managers and all stakeholders through excellent communication

Able to learn and adapt to specific contexts, ELCA way of work, and culture
At least 6 years of overall experience in software development
Proven experience in managing a team and/ or projects
Good at project management, people management and leadership
Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information system

Nice to have

Certificate in Agile / Scrum
Certificate in project management
