The Scrum Master is one of the central roles to facilitate the project delivery. You will coordinate team(s) towards successful product delivery, and client satisfaction.You will be challenged to work alongside passionate individuals, who always strive to continuously improve and who share the same vision on what "done" work signifies. You will be a member of a team that interacts frequently with the client and the team members from other locations. You will work in an agile environment, close to the business and to the development team(s) and help them focus on delivering value to the customers.

Help agile team(s), and direct stakeholders understand the agile way of working.
Creating an environment for healthy interactions.
Help people get better at collaborating, deliver more value, resolve a conflict or problem.
Help the team(s) focus on creating high- value Increments that meet the Common Definition of Done.
Identify, assess, and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies which might impact the success of the product delivery.
Drive team(s) retrospective sessions, and other ceremonies, and ensures that improvements actions are captured, and acted upon.
Great communication skills with advanced English.
Ensure a predictable and sustainable pace of delivery.
Facilitate team(s) events as needed: make clear the Purpose and Outcomes, design the meeting flow to support desired outcomes, facilitate full participation.

Desired skills:

Experience in applying a wide variety of patterns and techniques to assess sprint, backlog and team health.
Passionate about continuous improvement.
Excellent understanding of the software development process.
Agile certifications: Professional Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master or other leading Agile certification.
