Job description

Plan, monitor, calibrate, and report the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed.
Manage the relationship successfully with the client and/ or onshore managers and all stakeholders through excellent communication
Empower the team to be self- organized, while still holding accountable overall project delivery
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Guide, and coach the team to higher agile and scrum maturity.
Lead development team applying Agile/Scrum to produce high- quality and productive project work.

Your skills and experience

Proven experience in managing a team and/ or projects.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information system.
At least 6 years of overall experience in software development.
Good at project management, people management and leadership.
Able to learn and adapt to specific contexts, AROBID way of work, and culture.
Proficient communication skills and good presentation skills.

Certificate in Agile / Scrum
Certificate in project management
