As part of the Engineering team, your mission is to stay on top of the latest releases, and coordinate, coach and contribute to our scrum squads – all while delivering the best quality solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities

Remove blockers that prevent a squad from completing the agreed upon work for a given sprint
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Ensure transparency in reporting within squads, stakeholders and leaders
Track and report on sprint activities, including squad velocity and ticket progress
Act as the point of contact for updates and escalation for internal stakeholders
Create a culture of collaboration and support within the squads
Advocate for the Agile framework and scrum squad practices established for each squad and organization
Facilitate scrum ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand- ups, retrospectives, etc.)
Partner with Product Owners to manage sprint changes

Agile framework training experience is an asset
Solid knowledge of Jira and Confluence
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
Excellent knowledge of scrum practices
Excellent communication and coaching skills
2+ years of relevant work experience
Fluent in English
Scrum Master Certification (CSM)
Problem- solving and organization skills
Jira project admin experience is an asset
Familiarity with software development
