Scrum Master - Game Entertainment

This is a vital role in the success of product development teams. Scrum Master is accountable for Scrum Team’s effectiveness. The effectiveness can be listed in 2 areas:

Ensuring frequent values delivery.
Build up people capabilities & mindset.

Report to: Head of Agile PMO
Responsibilities:
Servant Leadership:

Facilitate team’s activities to foster empowerment, collaboration and transparency.
Remove barriers and impediments which potentially slow down teams.
Be a role model in time- boxed practice, ownership mindset, growth mindset and welcome change mindset.
Ensure Scrum Framework is correctly, positively, productively and creatively adopted to get the best benefit from its practices.

Project Management:

Ensure continuous values delivery.
Be a role model in effective communication, trust culture.
Recruit effective techniques to support the development and measure the success.
Be the point of contact for internal and external project’s information. Including all areas: scope, plan, resource, communication, risk, process and quality.

Authorities:

Information transparency and open discussion with peer and line manager.
Fully empowered in deciding how to facilitate and lead Scrum team’s activities.
Join in making decision on building up the scaled framework.

At least 3 years’ experience in Scrum Master role in software development.
Know different Agile implementations and scaled frameworks.
Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar fields.
CSM, PSM 2 or other equivalent certifications.
Minimum English IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
Excellent people skills, problem solving skill, time management skill, communication skill and public speaking skill.
