We&039;re looking for a talented, enthusiastic Scrum Master to join us in delivering our innovative business communications platform to clients across various industries. The PM is an integral part of our Professional Services Team which, together, aims to drive exceptional customer experiences, and provide solutions that meet or exceed the customer’s business value realization expectations.
Responsibilities:

Support the Product Owner and Development Team
Ensure and facilitate cross- team coordination
Communicate with main stakeholders, demonstrate exceptional organization and communication skills
Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings
Guide and coach the team to become self- organized, resolve conflicts within/between the teams and motivate teams to succeed.
Guide and coach the team and organization to follow Agile/Scrum practices
Resolve conflicts by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect
Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing, and report team progress to senior management
Provide leadership and structure for the scrum team to drive efficient, effective projects

Yêu cầu công việc

Extensive knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, plus points if experienced with Cloud and microservices projects.
Working technical knowledge of the software development process- design, development, test, and deployment
Good knowledge of Software Testing Techniques is a plus
Analytical skills to be able to solve problems and remove impediments
4+ years of work experience as a Scrum Master
Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team
Highly proficient in spoken and written English skills
Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skill including mentoring, coaching and, collaborating and team building
