Scrum Master/Project Manager

Manage each project’s scope and timeline.
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand- ups.
Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
Help teams implement changes effectively.
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.

Yêu cầu công việc

A high level of analysis and problem- solving skills
Experience in coaching and mentoring employees and emerging talent
Prior experience on a scrum team 3+ years.
Experience with Jira.
A master’s degree in the relevant field, or in project management
Managerial experience
A professional or agile project management certification
Strong time management skills
Fluent English communication
