Seller Account Specialist

Issue Escalation: Promptly report operational obstacles or seller- related issues to management for resolution support.
Cross- team Collaboration: Prepare documents and presentations for meetings with internal teams and onboarding sessions with new seller
Compliance & Accountability: Follow managerial guidance and take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Process Optimization: Research seller needs and draft operational workflows to improve seller KPIs and platform efficiency.
Data Management: Gather and maintain up- to- date, organized data on seller profiles, behavior, and performance.
Product & Inventory Monitoring: Guide sellers on product listing status, location- specific availability, and ensure all SKUs are correctly listed and available for sale (normal/limit/OOS status).
Fulfillment Follow- up: Track the progress of sellers in completing shipping requests and ensure timely order processing.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on seller operations, issue tracking, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
Seller Support: Serve as the first point of contact for sellers across multiple channels/groups to address inquiries and provide timely support.
Performance Improvement: Collaborate with sellers to identify and improve areas of low fulfillment or operational inefficiencies.
Stock Readiness: Coordinate with sellers to ensure products are consistently available for sale and meet fulfillment requirements.
Satisfaction Surveys & Insights: Conduct seller satisfaction surveys, collect feedback, and propose actionable recommendations to enhance service quality and system performance.

Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, and comfortable using dashboards and reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
Detail- oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast- paced environment.
1–2 years of experience in e- commerce operations, account management, or customer support is a plus.
Strong communication, problem- solving, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose improvements.
