Senior 3D Designer

Understand the project requirements and develop high quality designs accordingly.
Participate in brainstorming and developing concepts, ideas for events.
Design all 3D materials for event based on brief.
Developing 3D models, animations, and visual effects for various projects.
Collaborating with clients and cross- functional teams to understand project requirements.
As a Senior 3D Designer, the position will be building 3D models of products, environments, and more. A 3D Designer is responsible for creating visually stunning and immersive three- dimensional designs.
Utilizing specialized software to bring creative concepts to life in a three- dimensional space.
Work with account department to get the client’s brief.
Be able to give out solutions, which are both workable and creative.

Communication and teamwork skills: Good communication skills, especially in presenting ideas and collaborating with other team members in the project.
Good sense of marketing strategic & logical thinking, art, creative.
Technical knowledge: Ability to work with plugins and addons to enhance the performance and quality of the product.
Creative skills: Ability to design 3D spaces and content imagery based on client requirements and event objectives.
Prefer if: Flexibility and adaptability. Willingness to work flexibly in projects with sudden changes or requirements for additional effort in the final stages of the project.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D design, particularly in event organization.
Creative skills: Ability to create 3D models, animations, and dynamic graphic effects to deliver unique and impressive event experiences.
Time management and application of knowledge: Ability to manage time and work under pressure to meet specific project deadlines.
Energetic with fresh and exciting new ideas and concepts.
Experience in event industry is a plus.
Quick learning and have a good team work.
Knowledge of printing, material or multimedia tools.
Communication and teamwork skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Time management and application of knowledge: Demonstrates creativity and understanding of client needs in each project.
Creative skills: Proficient understanding of working with 3D files, animation, texture, lighting, and rendering.

Passionate, highly committed & self- motivated.
University degree in graphic design, industrial design, graphic designer or commensurate experience.
Proficient in using graphic design software: Illustrator, Photoshop, AI, 3dsmax, Sketchup, Autocad, Lumion, Unreal.
Technical knowledge: Understanding of rendering techniques, lighting, shading, and texture mapping.
