Senior 3D Rigging Artist

Debug issues and advocate for best animation practices.
Inspire, coach animators and provide technical assistance when needed, while ensuring the accuracy of task status reporting.
Design, maintain and troubleshoot animation tools and adapt animation pipelines considering project&039;s technical constraint.
Create and integrate high- quality rigs for various game assets (characters, creatures, environment, etc.) in Maya and 3ds Max for game engine compatibility.
Act as a bridge among Animators and various game teams to develop engaging gameplay animation system, best practices and on- time delivery.

Proficiency in rigging, skinning with ability to do complex rigs (bone based & blendshapes), animation, and integration workflows.
4- 5 years of experience in the gaming industry with a background in animation or related field.
Excellent problem- solving and English communication skills for artistic and technical challenges.
Advanced knowledge of character motion, physics- based motion, and the fundamental principles of animation
Proficient in Maya, 3ds Max, Unity, and Unreal, with programming skills in Python and C; familiarity with Maxscript and MEL.
Demonstrates strong mindset, commitment, flexibility, self- discipline, teamwork, and a passion for video games.
Strong understanding of human anatomy, proportion, perspective, composition, color, shading, lighting, and post- processing.
