Job Description
- Develop well- researched marketing plans/proposals for clients
- Manage client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company.
- Developing a technical understanding of our clients&039; product offerings and roles.
- Deliver multiple projects effectively (from onboarding to ongoing execution): closely monitor performance of projects, responsible for quality and output of internal team problem solving, discussing weekly/ monthly/ end- of- project performance review with clients
- Prepare monthly reports on account status on a timely basis.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and employees.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the internal team and clients.
- Monitor the project team to ensure the project is going well.
- Participate throughout the end- to- end client serving process: from 1st client meeting to proposal, pitching, on- boarding, and execution.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients on account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long- lasting client relationships.
Media Strategy:
- Develop plans, and create content and marketing strategies to improve existing projects
- Research and assess IMC Plan
- Manage and propose changes regarding the working process to improve productivity
- Proofread all content and double- check designs from team members
- Work closely with other relevant departments to implement Proposals
- Research, and analyze ideas/trends/updates from social media platforms and clients’ information to come up with suitable solutions
Requirements:
- A strong personal interest in &039;Marketing&039;.
- General social awareness about but not limited to economic growth, consumers, culture, etc.
- Handling stressful situations and deadline pressure well.
- MS Office Suite.
- In- depth knowledge of the Marketing industry.
- Solid understanding of business objectives and ability to translate from business objectives to digital KPIs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Confident and have the ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C- level.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Detailed- oriented, proactive, patient, good at arranging and following procedures & solving problems.
