DigiSource&039;s customer is Mọt Game working in the field of games, based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the account team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Build and promote strong, long- lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present account, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Job Requirement
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Successful previous experience as an account representative consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Experience working with agencies and direct clients.
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Understanding the gaming industry, the esports industry.
3 years of experience in digital marketing and agency industry
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Experience in media and digital marketing.
